Amy has over 13 years' experience supporting organisations to evolve and implement strategic innovation and transformation programmes with a focus on operating model design, intelligent technology driven process improvement and change excellence. She has experience working across all industry sectors and expertise in TMT, Investment Management and Fintech.
She has extensive experience in strategic thinking, programme design and delivery with expertise in change management methodologies and bringing a business lens to technical implementations.
