Jan is a Partner within Deloitte’s M&A Advisory team based in Dublin. Jan has over 15 years’ experience advising corporates on their acquisition, disposal and capital raising strategies. Jan helps to lead the firm’s M&A services offering.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Jan was a Director with IBI Corporate Finance where, during his 14 year tenure, he advised companies on their acquisition, disposal and capital raising strategies. Jan advises businesses across sectors and has strong experience of dealing with some of Ireland’s leading companies, helping them to achieve their growth objectives. While at IBI he acted on the following transactions; Dawn Meats’ acquisition of an equity stake in French beef processor Elivia, the disposal of Abtran to Cardinal Carlyle Ireland, the acquisition of La Rousse Foods by Aryzta and the subsequent acquisition of the Company by Musgrave Group from Aryzta.
Before joining IBI, Jan qualified as a chartered accountant with another Big 4 professional services firm.
