A skilled communicator with a significant contact network within the Irish and International Real Estate industry. John has demonstrated the ability to establish and lead strategically focused teams dedicated to achieving acquisition, investment, and capital deployment goals. John is a results driven, ambitious business leader focused on continuous improvement to maximise success and value return. John is talented in developing business relationships, overseeing and developing strategic plans to achieve success. Prior to joining Deloitte, John was previously the Country Head (Ireland) of Round Hill Capital (RHC). In 5 years, John established, recruited and led the Irish RHC team. John delivered from scratch over Euro 800m investment (over 2,500 homes and student beds) into the Irish residential market.
