Kumar is a Director in Transfer Pricing. Kumar has over 13 years’ experience in providing transfer pricing services to large multinationals across a wide range of industry, including TMT, Life Sciences, IT, engineering and aircraft leasing. He has a wide range of experience having been involved in all aspects of transfer pricing, including designing, implementing and documenting transfer pricing policies and supporting them in tax authority audits. Kumar specialises in advance pricing arrangements, mutual agreement procedures and value chain planning involving optimised business models.
Kumar actively uses Deloitte proprietary technology to ensure operational excellence and is part of the Deloitte Champions of Disruption Team (Robotics & Disruptive Technology) and the Irish transfer pricing Champion for the TP Digital Dox tool which streamlines an MNE Group’s global transfer pricing documentation requirements.
