Michael is a Director in the International Corporate Tax department in the Dublin office. He advises a broad range of multinational and Irish PLC’s. Michael has over 10 year experience working in practice initially in audit before moving into the area of corporate and international tax. He specialises in advising multinationals and Irish PLC’s on inbound and outbound investment, group restructuring, financing, tax accounting and mergers and acquisitions.
