Vicky is a Director in the Human Capital team in Deloitte. Vicky has 14 years’ experience specialising in defining and leading large scale organisational change and digital transformations. As the Public Sector Lead for Human Capital, Vicky has advised numerous public sector clients, including large central government departments, agencies and semi-state organisations on organisation transformations and change initiatives such as defining their change strategy, organisation reviews and building their change capabilities.
Vicky has worked extensively other industries including the energy industry, as well as strategic engagements with private sector clients. Vicky is certified in the Hogan Assessment and is an associate member of CIPD Ireland.
