Keynote speaker

Richard Johnston, University of Ulster
Richard has more than fifteen years of economic policy experience with the University of Ulster Economic Policy Centre. He currently leads the UUEPC research programme on Corporation Tax, competitiveness, productivity, local government and the knowledge economy. He also teaches Economic Policy to final year economic students, equipping them with the knowledge and skills that are required to work as Economists in the public or private sector.

Prior to joining the University Richard held positions with both Invest NI and the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment. Richard currently serves on the Board of Warrenpoint Harbour Authority.
