Deloitte Best Managed Companies 2018 | The Judges

Frank Ryan: Frank is the current Chairman of the Board of IDA Ireland. He previously held the position as CEO of Enterprise Ireland and he chairs the Deloitte Best Managed Companies judging panel.

Brendan Jennings: Brendan is CEO of Deloitte Ireland LLP. He has been a partner with the firm since 1993. Prior to this, he was National Partner in charge of Audit Services for the Irish firm.

Tom Hayes: Tom serves as Chief Executive Officer at Bank of Ireland Corporate Banking. Tom joined the Bank of Ireland Group in 1979 and held various roles in Retail Banking before joining Corporate Banking in 1989.

Siobhan McAleer: Siobhan is the Commercial Director at the Irish Management Institute. She has 20 years+ leadership experience in executive education, business transformation, international business development and marketing.

Rose Hynes: Rose is Chairperson of the Shannon Group and also Chairperson of Origin Enterprises plc. She is a non-executive director of a number of other companies in various sectors including Total Produce plc and IPL Plastics plc and is also a former Chairman of Bord Gais/Ervia and former non-executive director of Bank of Ireland, Fyffes plc and Aer Lingus. 

Feargal Mooney: Feargal is former chief executive officer of Hostelworld Group having first joined the Group as COO/CFO in 2002. Feargal led the Group’s expansion into London, Porto, Shanghai, Seoul and Sydney. Prior to joining Hostelworld Group, Feargal was responsible for financial planning and analysis at Baltimore Technologies and previously held the position of Financial Analyst at Pfizer Inc. in New York.

Ian Kehoe: Ian is the Editor of the Sunday Business Post. An award-winning journalist, author and broadcaster, he is a former presenter and reporter with RTE’s Prime Time programme. He has twice been named as the Ireland’s Business & Economics Journalist of the Year.
