As well as financial support, our in-house exam support includes introductory sessions, tutorials, exam preparation workshops and an exam helpline. Our study leave allowances exceed the recommendations of the relevant professional bodies.

8. Recognising the Importance of Health and Well-being
We recognise the importance of positive well-being and the ability to achieve career-life and have a number of supports in place to help you manage your life and reward you for been part of a world class team.
Deloitte Unplugged is the firm’s wellbeing initiative. The programme focuses on reminding our people to refuel both physically and mentally and change the mind-set that we have to be ‘plugged in’ all of the time. We are excited about the launch our new Time Out programme which allows permanent staff to take one months unpaid leave off a year. Time Out is being introduced to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to take an additional block of leave to focus on something that's important to them outside of work and that can be anything from chilling in Cuba to climbing Everest!
As part of our Unplugged prgramme, we have a bi-monthly newsletter covering areas such as flexible policies, healthy recipe ideas, mindfulness and articles on health and wellbeing. We also hold information sessions and programmes throughout the year covering fitness, health and diet.

IMPACT Day is a Deloitte worldwide initiative where our people volunteer to devote a working day to a project that has a direct and positive impact on society.
