Deloitte Graduate Programme 2022
At Deloitte, we know that we’re at our best when we can be our true and rounded selves at work. Human beings aren’t just lists of strengths and qualifications. Our fears are as motivating as our ambitions, our doubts as grounding as our self-belief. It’s the diversity within each one of us, that makes us strong and brilliant. Because that’s what helps us to connect and to make an impact that matters for our clients and our world.

Through our refreshed, innovative online application and assessment process. The scenario-based graduate recruitment assessment presents graduates with situations they are likely to encounter at Deloitte and provides a robust understanding of what makes people successful at the firm.
Note: Applications close on 13 October for most programmes, with the exception of our Actuarial, Reward & Analytics and our Belfast-based programmes, which close on 25 October.
Choosing an area of our business that interests you and aligns to your studies can seem overwhelming. Explore our programme pathways above to see which service line suits you and get an idea of the work you'd be doing. You can also meet our team at one of our upcoming campus events to discuss the options available and which pathway might be best for you!
Each of our graduate programmes has a different focus and we offer a variety of career options where you'll learn how to create innovative business, technology and operational solutions and develop the expertise to implement them.
If you join our Audit & Assurance programme, for example, you’ll learn how to advise clients on their accounting systems and controls, ways to improve them and reduce risk. Whereas, in Technology, you’re more likely to be designing new systems or developing IT strategy. And in Tax Consulting, you could work on complex compliance, transaction or tax technology projects. All of our projects are about problem-solving, which happens best when we work collaboratively.
Throughout your graduate training and entire career, you’ll connect with colleagues across different teams to tackle challenges for our clients. As well as gaining a recognised professional qualification, you’ll develop the kind of rounded business skills that will serve you well regardless of where your future takes you. With a focus on technology and the latest digital developments, we approach every client with a clear eye on the future. It’s that vision that enables us to help the biggest businesses make some of their biggest decisions.
As our clients’ businesses grow so will your expertise. You will gain hands-on project experience working with professional and experienced teams. You'll be encouraged and expected to think for yourself, use your initiative and work collaboratively to deliver pioneering solutions for our clients.
Our commitment to the professional development of our people is absolute. Focused on technical, client relationship and technology skills, and reinforced by on-the-job learning, our tailored Graduate Journey will ensure you continue to progress in your career.
If you aim to take your professional exams, we'll support you along the way - read about our exam success at Deloitte and how we can help you succeed.
As you’d expect, the specific training you’ll get depends on the kind of role you choose. And we’ll do everything we can to help you succeed and lead as an expert in your field.
