The success of our graduate recruitment programme comes from our focus on giving graduates what they want from their careers allowing them to learn, grow and make a real impact on the world around them.

This award recognises our investment in our future talent and the importance of creating a challenging and rewarding environment for students. We are also very proud of Aisling Kelly and Ronan MacGreevy for getting shortlisted for the 'Employee of the Year' award. People join Deloitte from a range of academic disciplines and therefore offer diversity of thought and perspective. We encourage applications from a wide range of disciplines including Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Science, Law, Arts, amongst others.

As part of on-campus activities throughout the graduate recruitment campaigns, Deloitte invites students to take part in ‘The Deloitte Difference University Challenge’. Targeted at students from second year to final year, entrants will take part in a series of challenges, based on the type of work they would be doing as part of the Deloitte team. Entrants compete in a national final and represent Ireland on an international stage at Deloitte University in Texas, in addition to cash prizes.
