Leave Purchase Benefit

Leave purchase allows eligible employees to purchase additional annual leave days on top of their current entitlement and supports the firms Unplugged Initiative. The benefit applies to all employees except Associates who are in contract and have a study leave benefit.

The firm will cover the cost of annual subscription to one approved professional body.

Deloitte Unplugged

Unplugged is Deloitte’s wellness programme, aimed at improving employee wellness and wellbeing. It addresses the physical and psychological components of well-being by offering information sessions and programmes covering fitness, health, diet, alternative & complementary therapies, yoga classes, etc. throughout the year on a subsidised basis. The Equilibrium programme aims to offer a more balanced working week and to empower our people to make choices towards a healthier lifestyle.

One of the initiatives in this programme is a compressed working week for June, July and August, which means a finish time of 2pm on Fridays if target hours have been reached. 

Employee recognition awards (Deloitte Dots)

The Deloitte Dots employee recognition scheme has been specifically designed to allow management to recognise staff member's contribution to the business in a straightforward and timely manner and to allow staff members to use their rewards in ways that are flexible. All staff members can be nominated for a Deloitte Dot by a member of the management group in recognition for their contribution to the business and for going above and beyond in their role.. Each staff member can receive up to 10 Deloitte Dots per year (with a value of €25 or £20 per dot).

Management Recognition Scheme

The Management Recognition Scheme allows partners to recognise management performance that is above and beyond expectation. The demonstration of key Deloitte values is fundamental to this initiative. Anyone in the management group  can be nominated by a member of the partner group in recognition for their contribution to the business and for going above and beyond in their role.

Where partners believe that individuals have demonstrated commitment above and beyond expectation over a period of time, vouchers to the value of €100 or £80 can be given to members of their management group (examples include working on significant client wins, key strategic projects, living our values, etc.). We also recognize work by inviting nominees to a lunch hosted by the CEO Harry Goddard on a quarterly basis.

Tax efficient travel pass

Save up to 51% on travel costs if you take part in our Taxsaver Commuter Ticket scheme.

Bike to Work scheme

Deloitte will facilitate the purchase of a bicycle and/or accessories up to a maximum of €1,000 through the  Bike to Work scheme. The scheme is tax efficient, meaning savings of up to 51% on your purchase.

Employee assistance programme

The Deloitte EAP provides a free, confidential counselling and information service to all Deloitte employees and their family members for challenges they may face, both at home and at work. When life gets on top of us, we all need someone to talk to.

Training and development courses

A range of in-house courses are held regularly for employees. Each department has its own learning and development pathway covering technical and behavioural skills development.

Depending on grade, the package can vary and may also include:
