In the Deloitte Global Blockchain Survey 2020 it was revealed that “89% of respondents believe that digital assets will be “very important” or “somewhat important” to their industries in the next three years”. With this in mind, it is clear that business communities today are witnessing a proliferation of digital assets across geographies and industries; from traditional cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ether, tokens and stable coins, to a digital representation of assets and their corresponding derivatives.
As the digital asset market reached new peaks of over $1.1 trillion in market capitalisation at the start of 2021, we brought together a panel of industry leaders on January 19th to discuss emerging opportunities and trends across the digital asset ecosystem for investment management and provide insights into how to best navigate the current regulatory environment.
