The past few years have brought increased and widespread uncertainty – financial uncertainty, societal uncertainty, climate uncertainty and more. For our organisation, which is in the business of connections, this uncertainty made us recognise that it’s more important than ever to deliver on our purpose and ensure we play an active role in society to support those who are most significantly affected.
Our Social Impact programmes contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals and through our global WorldClass ambition to positively impact people’s lives through education, skills building and access to opportunity, we have the aim of impacting 100 million lives by 2030 in collaboration with our charity, education, and other non-profit partners.
Through our recently launched FY25 Social Impact strategy, we are proud to say that we are committing €5 million to our social impact agenda through the Deloitte Impact Fund over the next three years. This will enable us to reach our targets and enable our people to live their purpose, while becoming the leading professional services firm making an impact in our community.
