We have extensive experience within the assurance team in the Risk Advisory department in the provision of a range of assurance services and we are available to assist your organisation should you need it. The main services we provide to our clients are as follows:

·       SOC1 reports: These are conducted under the International Standard of Assurance Engagements 3402 “ISAE3402” and Statement on Standards for Attest Engagements 18 “SSAE18”.  The reports provide assurance to clients and user auditors of service organisations on controls relating to Financial Reporting

·       SOC2 reports: These are conducted under the AICPA professional standards and the Trust Services Principals. The reports provide assurance on controls related to compliance or operations related to specific trust principles (security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy)

·       Other Assurance engagements: These are conducted under the International Standard for Assurance Engagement 3000: Assurance Engagements Other than Audits or Reviews of Historical Financial Information “ISAE 3000”. The reports provides assurance to regulators or other stakeholders as required (eg Client Asset and Investor Money Examinations and reports on licence requirements)
