Public Consultation: Transposition of Directive (EU) 2021/2101
On 20 December 2021 the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment launched its public consultation on the transposition of Directive (EU) 2021/2101 as regards public disclosure of income tax information by certain undertakings and branches. The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment was consulting on the use of two Member State policy options, being matters in respect of which Member States can or must make a choice.
The public consultation closed on 18 February 2022 and Deloitte were pleased to provide our insights to the Department on two questions raised in the consultation.
