What is the change?
The Immigrant Investor Programme (IIP) provides investors with the opportunity to invest in Ireland while granting them and their nominated family members residence in Ireland under Stamp 4 conditions (if the application is successful). The Minister for Justice has recently instructed that no further applications from Russian citizens will be accepted into the Immigrant Investor Programme.
