Alan Kilmartin

Alan is a Director in our Indirect Taxes group having previously worked with the Irish Revenue Commissioners as a tax auditor. He has significant experience advising clients in relation to VAT & RCT audits and negotiating settlements with Revenue. He leads our Indirect Tax Compliance team serving a very diverse client base. Alan also advises a broad range of indigenous and international business on all aspects of VAT and Relevant Contracts Tax with over 18 years’ experience. Specialising in construction, renewable energy, exploration and related fields, Alan has advised on many of the largest infrastructure projects undertaken in Ireland over the last 15 years.
