Ciara leads the insurance sector for Deloitte Ireland and has more than 30 years of experience across the direct, reinsurance and consulting sectors. Ciara has worked across product development, pricing, reserving, risk management, regulation and compliance. Recent advisory projects include IFRS 17 and Solvency II M&A-driven end-to-end finance and actuarial transformation programmes; Head of Actuarial Function (HoAF) roles; Domestic Actuarial Regime peer reviews, Independent Actuary roles.
