Declan is a senior Tax Partner with Deloitte in Ireland specialising in International Tax and M&A. He has a focus on US and European inward investment into Ireland. He currently advises a wide range of multinationals / private equity houses in the pharma, technology and financial services industries. Declan is also a member of the board of Deloitte Ireland.
