Denis is a Director in our M&A Advisory practice. As such he advises clients on all aspects of M&A including acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs and M&A strategy. Denis has worked with some of Ireland’s leading corporates, entrepreneurs and family businesses, helping them to execute on all aspects of major transactions for their respective businesses.
