Derina Bannon

Derina is a Legal and Regulatory Manager in Audit Advisory and is a qualified solicitor holding the Professional Certificate in Investment Fund Services with the Institute of Bankers. She specialises in the provision of legal and regulatory advisory services to clients in the asset management industry. During her career Derina worked in the legal department in Dublin of an international asset manager. She has extensive experience advising on the establishment of investment funds in Ireland, the distribution of investment products across the globe, legal and regulatory obligations across the asset management sector and drafting the necessary commercial arrangements with service providers.
