Donal Lehane is a Consulting Partner and leads the Deloitte Financial Services industry in Ireland. Donal has over 24 years of experience in providing advisory and consulting services with a particular focus on large scale transformation programmes within the financial services industry. He has held a number of industry and proposition leadership roles in Deloitte Ireland and EMEA, including leading the Irish Insurance sector for over 5 years. Donal was overall leader of Deloitte Ireland’s Operations Transformation team and established a number of market leading teams including the Intelligent Operations (including RPA & AI) and Payment teams. Prior to Deloitte, Donal worked for Arthur Andersen in their business consulting team both in New York & Dublin. Before his consulting career, Donal was a finance manager for six magazines at Conde Nast Publications in New York, and held a number of finance and accounting positions at Aer Lingus in both New York and Dublin. Donal received his MBA (Finance) qualification from Fordham University, New York.
