Joanne Whelan

Joanne Whelan is head of Private Clients and leads the Corporate Administration Services Department in the firm. She has extensive experience advising family business, private companies and individuals on the legal and taxation issues arising on the transfer of wealth to the next generation and related issues. She advises private and corporate clients on a range of other tax and legal issues, with a particular focus on stamp duty issues arising on corporate reorganisations and mergers. For four consecutive years, Joanne has been recognised by International Tax Review as one of the leading female tax advisers in Ireland.
