Lochlann is a Director in our Risk Advisory practice and has over 20 years’ experience in Financial Services specialising in Treasury & Liquidity Risk Management. Lochlann previously worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch Treasury, managing Money Market/FX/Repo Funding, Liquid Asset Portfolio (HQLA) and Interest Rate/Market/Liquidity Risk. Prior to BAML, Lochlann managed EMTN, ECP and Asset-backed CP issuance, repo funding, and interest rate/market risk for Sachsen LB Europe bank and its off-balance sheet conduits.
Before joining Deloitte, Lochlann worked in Central Bank of Ireland where he was head of liquidity risk unit, a centralised function for Funding/Treasury/Liquidity Risk analysis and inspections across Banking and Investment Banking Supervision divisions, with particular responsibility for ILAAP assessments and banking/investment firm authorisations, and was CBI’s representative on SSM Liquidity Working Group - LiST into SREP and ILAAP Strategy.
Lochlann is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). Lochlann also holds B.A Psychology degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Business Studies from University College Dublin.
