Nessagh is a Senior Manager with the Corporate & Legal team, a Chartered Company Secretary (ICSA) and a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA).Nessagh is responsible for ensuring the annual compliance of in excess of 400 companies whilst also managing and co-ordinating the statutory compliance of over 100 companies in the EMEA region.In addition to ensuring the corporate compliance needs of her portfolio of clients, Nessagh also has extensive experience across numerous legal consultancy assignments.
