Deloitte Israel's 1st Impact Report

We are proud to present our inaugural Impact Report – Deloitte Israel's Impact Report. For us, this report is more than a showcase of our activities through words and figures; it is a medium through which we share our unique story. To be precise, it's the story of our mission as it is realized through our day-to-day endeavors. In other words, it's about how we bring to life our guiding principle – To Make an Impact That Matters.

The establishment of the Purpose Office in June 2022 underscores our commitment to integrating our mission across the firm. With its inception, we have identified five key commitment areas that have wide-ranging influence: diversity and inclusion, environmental protection and sustainable practices, training and development within and outside the firm, and commitments to ethical business conduct, integrity, and institutional trust. These are extensively reflected in our activities, as presented in the report before you.

This report highlights our initiatives and activities under the Purpose Office for FY23 (June 2022-May 2023). Given the circumstances, it also includes our response to the events of October 7th, alongside a focus on our mission-driven activities, such as the integration of diverse populations, striving for gender equality, investing in sustainability, and more. We will continue to operate guided by our values: diversity and inclusion, commitment to sustainability, professionalism, and the well-being of our people, while maintaining the highest level of integrity and professional ethics.
