The equal pay for male and female workers

01.06.22

The amendment to the "equal pay" law requires organizations that as of 31.12.2021 had 518 employees or more - to produce a public report, an internal report for management, and personal notifications to employees, providing information regarding pay gaps between genders.

Diversity & inclusion in all its forms, including gender equality, are leading values at Deloitte, which we follow in our day-to-day activities. We are proud to say that the new legislation does not create a new reality for us, rather it accompanies what we already do.

Deloitte Israel promotes gender equality vigorously; in every crucial decision-making crossroad, women and men serve side by side. More than half of our human capital are women (55%), 47% of our managerial layer are female, and 4 out of 5 Business leaders are women. Women also hold the majority in our firm's management: 7 out of 13 (more than 50%!) are women.

We will continue to follow and nourish our values while ensuring diversity. We
will continue to set a good example within the firm and in our society, by definingclear and measurable goals to advance gender equality.
