Our Analysis of the Compensation Data of Executive Officers

As every year, we analyzed the compensation data of Executive Officers serving in the TA-100 companies, and are happy to present our main insights here.

As 2013, which was the first year of evaluating compensation policy, and 2014, following it, were characterized by a high level of fluctuation in the compensation of executives of TA-100 companies, an analysis of data for 2015 reveals stability in compensation in most sectors of the stock market.
