The role of the CMOs has become more complex
in recent years, and it is difficult to find a business challenge or strategic
task in which they do not take part these days.

In addition to brand management and
collecting the voice of the customer, the CMO is largely responsible for the
customer experience, achieving new sources of growth and creating a measurable business impact with a clear ROI.

As a result, the importance of the CMOs in the organization is strengthened - but so is their need for new knowledge, analytics capabilities and the mobilization of internal and external resources to advance the moves that they lead.

In this survey, conducted in collaboration with The Israeli Marketing Association, we present an up-to-date comparative picture based on gathering the diverse opinions and voices of senior marketing executives in various industries, in order to provide marketing leaders with the necessary insights for success in their job
