Allon Freilich

Allon is a director in the Deloitte Israel transaction services team and leads cross border financial due diligence activity. Born and raised in the UK, Allon worked for seven years in Deloitte UK as a restructuring specialist, working to turnaround some of the UK's largest distressed businesses. Since moving to Israel with his family in 2015, Allon has focused on providing financial due diligence services to both buyers and sellers involved in some of Israel's largest and most complex deals for both strategic and financial investors.

Allon holds a first in Mathematics with Economics from University College London and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales. He is also responsible for helping to provide financial due diligence training across Deloitte Europe and is a sought after lecturer on due diligence and financial restructuring topics.
