Eyal Schwartz

Eyal is Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance and Investment Banking at Deloitte Israel following the merger of Schwartz Investment House into Deloitte during 2021.
Eyal brings over 20 years of transaction experience in diverse industries. Prior to joining Deloitte, he headed Schwartz Investment House – an investment banking boutique which Eyal founded and managed since 2006. Eyal advised numerous listed and private companies as well as PE investors in sell and buy -side transactions in diverse sectors.
Schwartz Investment House was ranked by Mergermarket at #1 for M&A advisors in Israel by deal count for 2020.
During 1998-2001 Eyal worked as an M&A lawyer at Caspi & Co - one of the leading commercial law firms in Israel.
Education and professional exams
Eyal is a member of the Israeli Bar Association, holds an LL.B from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from INSEAD University, Fontainebleau, France.
