Gal Harel

 Gal heads the ESG Consulting Practice at Deloitte Israel. Gal leads consulting projects which assist his clients in implementing advanced and innovative ESG management methodologies. Gal is a Deloitte’s Young Leaders representative on the global firm’s Climate Strategy Steering Committee. In addition, Gal is a member of a global work group leading the ESG field in the technology sector at Deloitte Global.Gal has unique experience in creating advanced measurement models and quantifying the softer effects ESG issues on business metrics. Gal is also experienced in leading and executing various consulting projects in the fields of corporate responsibility and corporate governance (ESG), including ESG risk assessment and management, formulating ESG strategies and workplans, designing corporate governance structures and internal interfaces, ESG reporting in accordance with international standards, business ethics, responsible procurement, environmental management, coping with climate change, and more.
