Yonatan Stark

Yonatan is a Director in the Tax Department and the Leader of the EGC tax service line at Deloitte Israel.

Yonatan has vast experience in assisting public and private multinational companies with their cross-border businesses, and is specially engaged in international taxation, tax due diligence, and the provision of tax planning.

With nine years of experience in the Israel Tax Authority as a Senior tax Supervisor at the assessing office for Large Enterprises, supervising all tax procedures (including audits, assessments, withholding tax issues, ongoing reporting procedures, etc.) related to taxpayers registered at the assessing office for Large Enterprises, inter alia High-Tech, Bio-Tech and pharmaceuticals entities.

Yonatan represents a number of venture capital funds and private equity funds, starting from the phase of their establishment, negotiation for ITA ruling, and ongoing support.

Lecturer and Practitioner in various Academic Institutes: The Academic Center of Law and Science, IDC, The College of Management Academic Studies.

Yonatan earned a BA in Business Management, as well as LLB and MA in law.
