Deloitte in India ranked among Top 10 Best Companies for Working Mothers in India, third time in a row

The Working Mother Best Companies for Women award is a prestigious one, and a much sought after recognition by global organisations. The assessment leading to the recognition was based on several market differentiators and initiatives supporting women professionals.

Deloitte in India remains committed to the advancement of gender equality, a culture of inclusion, and fostering the growth, development, and wellbeing of all its professionals.

The needs of working mothers are high on our list of priorities. This reflects in our extensive maternity coaching program, dedicated learning and development program for women colleagues, platforms for women to discuss workplace issues relevant to them, inclusion advisory councils and other initiatives.

A lead indicator in our upcoming inclusion framework is to also have male champions/allies in each function and service line, who would support the overall development of women, and foster an increased number of women professionals in project management, client facing, and senior leadership roles.

It all stems from the firm’s cultural framework, a set of prescribed behaviours for our people. Apart from a commitment to clients, innovation, and collaboration, it also spells out a commitment to inclusion, and to developing talent.
