Deloitte named to LinkedIn's Top Companies lists
LinkedIn's 'Top 25 Companies Where India Wants to Work List 2017' highlights Deloitte as a leader in attracting and retaining top talent.
The Top Companies list ranks the companies that professionals engage with, where they apply for jobs the most, and the ones which retain them. It is based on the billions of actions taken by LinkedIn's 500+ million members. The three pillars taken into consideration while ranking these companies are: job applications, engagement, and retention.
Globally, Deloitte hired nearly 68,000 new professionals through the third quarter of FY 2017. To keep workers growing, it encourages constant learning and development, offering everything from online courses to mentorship programs. The firm also provides novel perks, including a transportation reimbursement so expectant mothers can comfortably get to work.
Outside work, professionals at Deloitte in India come together at events such as 10K runs and Impact Day, an annual tradition in which they spread out across the country to make an impact in the society on education, health care, and environmental projects.
