Santosh Kumar

Santosh is the National Leader for Strategy, Brand and Reputation Risk. With over 25 years of experience , he has done extensive work in the areas of Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, Business Process Reengineering, , Performance Improvement, Control Assessment, SoX 404, SSAE 16 and risk based Internal Audit.

His experience spans a wide range of industries from E-Commerce, Consumer business, Manufacturing, Automotive, Telecom, Healthcare, Life sciences, Power, IT/ITES, Financial services to hospitality and realty.

Santosh has worked extensively with boards and senior leadership teams in multinational corporations and advised them on Governance & Regulatory framework, its implementation and related change management.

He was nominated by the Punjab Haryana and Delhi Chambers of Commerce to an empowered committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and played a role in framing the standards for Internal Audit in India. Santosh has worked on the technical guide for audit of internal controls in India as per the Indian Companies Act 2013 requirements issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
