Harsh Kapoor

Harsh is a Partner within the Strategy practice, Monitor Deloitte. Harsh leads Deloitte Health Equity Institute for India and for the region.

Harsh has worked with clients in a host of industries, including Public Health, Consumer, Automotive, and Oil & Gas. His work has been primarily focused on helping clients develop compelling value propositions to drive exponential growth in existing and/or new business areas. Off late, he has been working with clients to help them frame and establish their sustainability agenda.

He has also been involved in areas of social inclusion, inclusive business models and improving health outcomes, having worked with large NPOs, grant makers, and corporate foundations. Prior to joining Deloitte, he worked for the World Bank at their global headquarter in Washington D.C. to help establish and manage a global innovation fund (‘Development Marketplace’) for social entrepreneurship. In addition to managing the global fund, he ran country programs in Brazil, South Africa, CIS, and India.

Harsh holds an M.B.A from the London Business School, UK and a B.A. in Economics from The University of Notre Dame, USA.
