Rajiv Sundar

Rajiv is an M&A Transaction Services Partner based in Bangalore and has been with Deloitte for over 23 years. He started his career by serving some of the largest corporate clients of the firm in South India. Concurrently, he worked on a number of M&A and advisory assignments. Rajiv has also worked over two separate stints at San Jose and Wilton in Deloitte USA.

Since 2006, he is focused on M&A services and worked with a wide array of clients on inbound, outbound and domestic transactions across industry segment including Technology, Consumer business, Infrastructure and Manufacturing. His current focus is working with technology and e-commerce businesses.

He is the program leader for Deloitte India’s Technology Fast 50 awards, an annual program to recognize the fastest growing Technology businesses in India.

Rajiv is a Fellow member of the Chartered Accountants of India.
