Mark leads the Life Sciences/Enterprise Cloud Solutions, and has nearly 20 years of experience designing and implementing sales, marketing, and customer service solutions for global and multi-national clients across numerous industries, including life sciences and health care.
Mark has led strategy and technology transformation projects involving commercial/validated field and mobile sales, multi-channel marketing, marketing resource management, campaign management, customer support/case management, patient services, adverse event management, KOL/compliance management, HCP/patient portals, social channel integration analytics, digital asset management, and enterprise content management.
Mark has authored some of the firm's essential methodologies and solutions, and has been featured in/interviewed for several industry publications and industry/vendor conventions. Mark holds an MBA in strategy and IT, along with degrees in molecular biology, clinical psychology, and sociology.
