Karen Pastakia is a Partner in our Consulting business and leads Human Capital Consulting business in Toronto. She works with organizations to ensure there is alignment and integration between the overall business strategy and the organization’s HR and talent agendas. Currently Karen’s work is focused on the development of strategies to support enterprise talent management, as well as specific strategies in the areas of talent acquisition, development and learning, performance, and succession. Karen is also our GTA Inclusion leader and sits on our Toronto Executive Team. Karen frequently speaks at conferences and association events on the topics of talent management, the multi-generational workforce and leadership. She has also published several points of view on the future workforce, mostly recently our 2017 HC trends report. Prior to joining Human Capital, she was an experienced HR Business Partner based in London, UK and Canada.
