Jeff is a managing director and leads Deloitte's Executive Readiness offerings, which include designing succession planning, executive development, and executive transition programs. He brings a powerful combination of more than 25 years of experience in leadership development, executive education, and senior team alignment. He serves clients with needs in executive and management strategy, development, readiness, and assessment.
Jeff focuses on improving the individual and team performance of senior executives. He has spent the majority of his career leading talent management businesses and consulting with chief human resources officers, chief talent officers, and other C-level executives.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Jeff was the chief executive officer of the UC Berkeley Center for Executive Education.
