Caroline Schauder

Caroline Schauder joined the Beeck Center as a student analyst for the data for social good initiative in fall 2017. Schauder is a sophomore in the school of foreign service at Georgetown University, majoring in science, technology, and international affairs. She is specifically interested in the integration of technology in the public sector. Schauder serves as an editor for the Asia section of the Caravel, Georgetown University’s international affairs newspaper. She also cofounded the Georgetown Actively Moving Forward club, a support group for students grieving the loss or illness of a loved one. Schauder is passionate about international exchange and understanding, and she previously interned with the International House of Charlotte, an implementing organization of the State Department’s international visitor leadership program. In her free time, Schauder enjoys spending time outside. She competes on the Georgetown triathlon team, and recently discovered an interest in rock climbing.
