San Francisco, 15 October, 2012 — Deloitte was named the recipient of the Salesforce.com Partner Innovation Award for Innovation in Customer Service. Presented at Dreamforce 2012 in San Francisco, the award recognizes Deloitte’s implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud, which enabled one of the largest pure-play interactive entertainment software publishers in the world to identify and proactively address customer service issues across social networks and create new channels for targeted engagement with influencers.
