The initiative, promoted by the Sustainability team, the Industry ER&I and the Italian Public Policy Program, is part of the ALL4CLIMATE campaign carried on by Italian Ministry of Ecological Transition.
It was for Deloitte an important occasion to strengthen its position on environment-related topics, in line with the global WorldClimate program.
It was a high-profile forum where policy makers and leading business representatives took part to discuss, in the lead-up to COP26, the global progress achieved and aimed to identify a sustainable and virtuous path towards carbon-neutrality.
Sam Baker – Partner Deloitte UK has then introduced Goal 13 Impact Platform, an open-source online platform that collects key actions that businesses are putting forward to fight climate change.
The project goal is to facilitate the sharing of best practices and encourage collaboration between organizations on the path towards climate sustainability.
