How new services can empower the customer experience in the emerging industry of travel and leisure? And how the use of the disruptive technology of VR/AR can be applied in this context?

The participants of the Design Jam 2017 will have the opportunity to experiment and prototype the services from the first moment of the jam. Virtual Projects, a leader VR/AR company, will actively take part in the workshop as a technological expert, letting us experience in real time the technologies and giving us insights and advices on feasibility.

The participants will live together in the fascinating Castello di Casiglio in order to immerse completely in the jam experience and focus on the prototyping approach 24h! Living in the same location will also give us the opportunity to easily network with the SD Community and experiment the 4D Framework: Dinner, Dancing, Drinking & Discussions!
