Angelo Era has been working in the management consulting field since 1991. Through his work for important Italian and international groups, he has developed considerable experience in the areas of Business Transformation, IT Strategy, Business Planning, Supply Chain Management and Operations Management, in the Energy and Manufacturing sectors.
Having gained consolidated experience in the manufacturing sector (predominantly Pharmaceutical and High Tech), from 1999 onwards he has specialized in the Energy sector, working with top Italian firms. With these firms he has followed some of the most important organizational transformation and operations technology projects in the areas of Generation, Trading, Distribution and Sales of Electricity and Gas Industry.
Over the last years he has followed the Italian energy market liberalization process on Business Planning, Process Rationalization and IT planning and governance projects for important Italian operators in the industry and large-scale energy clients, among which Enel, Acea, Tirreno Power, Sorgenia, A2A, Iren, F2i
Angelo is the Deloitte Italian Energy, Resources & Industrials Industry Leader.
Before joining Deloitte Consulting, he was partner at Ernst & Young and at Business Integration Partners, Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting and Manager at Andersen Consulting.
