Waqas has over 20 years of experience including Australia, the UK and the Middle East. He currently leads the Financial Advisory team in Abu Dhabi, covering a wide range of M&A transactions and restructuring advisory services.

Waqas specialises in strategic fast track M&A, lender advisory, performance improvement and cost optimisation.

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and has a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment from Kaplan Australia.
