Deloitte Tohmatsu Group has been empowering Diversity & Inclusion. The D&I Committee, which includes the Group CEO and CHRO along with Business Leaders from main business entities, has been proactively empowering to accelerate Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

Diversity & Inclusion Structure at Deloitte Tohmatsu Group

The Group CEO and business leaders of the business entities have established the D&I Committee to accelerate D&I-related initiatives. Various initiatives are discussed by the D&I Committee and any decisions will be then approved by the Executive Committee, followed by final approval by the Group Board. After decisions are made, D&I Committee members commit to execute and implement the decisions made.
