Maki Matsuzaki

Maki engages in consulting with focuses on technology, digital, and cyber for many years.

He provides consulting services in a broad range of areas, such as formulation of strategies and plans for the medium-term management plan, and introduction of systems and infrastructure reforms that involve operational reforms. Additionally, Maki offers consulting in IT due diligence related to corporate acquisitions to PMI. He mainly engage in the manufacturing, service, and finance industries.

Along with his consulting activities, he also has experiences in launching a shared service organization and IT integration for clients as CIO.
